Greentoken is the largest mining farm in Central Asia with free electricity based on a waste-free garbage processing plant.
Features of the Greentoken platform:
- Free electricity. Syngas produces 10 MW / h of electricity, of which 4 MW / h are used for the company's own needs. The remaining 6 MWh is transferred free of charge to the mining Grentoken farms.
- 100% recycling of garbage. Greentoken in a German pyrolysis reactor recycles 100% of organic waste, such as: plastic, rubber, paper, wood, bones in synthesis gas, from which electricity is produced.
- The largest mining farm in Central Asia. A simple and understandable business for investors, based on 100% free, environmentally friendly electricity.
Team project Greentoken has already found a place for the complex. It is supposed to be located in Astana, where the Government of Kazakhstan plans to allocate 54 hectares of land with an existing landfill. Team Greentoken knows what to do with the waste of the Kazakh capital. The tests carried out in Germany are aimed at determining the reactor output using solid waste similar to the resource of Astana. And the reactor did its job, completely recycling 100% of the waste.
Garbage is processed in a reactor without access to oxygen at temperatures up to 1300 ° C without the release of dioxins, furans and heavy metals into the atmosphere.When recycling 75% of garbage is processed into synthesis gas, 25% of residue is coke, pure carbon, which is used as fuel for industry and is sold as a separate type of raw material.
Greentoken is not just a waste recycling plant, but a whole complex that can not only process MSW, but also produce various products. For example, synthesis gas, a source of energy and various chemical products.
